Hi all, I make snacks daily for my kids! This one is one of their favorites!
I generally just buy 3 large sweet potatoes and wash them. And with the skin on, I use the long blade edge of a cheese grader to slice them. I wash them and rinse.
I let them air dry and then add a tablespoon of unrefined cold pressed coconut oil, and just a bit of sea salt.
After massaging them all in I put them on my dehydrator for 12-13 at 118 degrees. Or until they are crunchy. They also make a great salad topper! Please try, even if you only have an oven. I’m sure you put them on a flat pan and put them on warm until crunchy. Chips have so many chemicals these days, try your own! So easy
