I have been a 100% raw vegan for almost 9 years now. I was very ill and healed my body through eating raw. However years later I realized my anxiety is high, higher then it’s ever been.
Through research I learned that eating warm food can reduce anxiety. I decided to try it and this seems to definitely work better for me. I am still very high raw vegan. But every new w and then I eat warm veggie soups. And of course I drink more warm tea. This has helped so much keeping my anxiety so low. I am 100% committed to being a vegan but no raw. I love my new journey of warm slightly cooked veggies. I still cook them to a low temp and make sure they keep their color and crunch!
