Another amazing meatless “meat” option.. 

My raw vegan walnut meat 
1 cup raw unsalted walnuts 

1 clove of garlic 

1/4 cup chopped onion bell pepper mixed

Chopped scallions (optional) 

Cumin, sea salt, pepper 

Mix in a food processor. 

Add more walnuts if needed. 

This is great for a vegan taco option! 

Substitute meats are great to help the process of going vegan, but not for long term. Many of them are full of fillers like gluten, wheat and soy.
