How I make my babies caffeine free, vegan hot chocolate ☕️ ❤️

     Even as a raw foodist, I learned early that eating and drinking some warm foods is better for the body. It helps lesson anxiety and it also helps keeps the female hormones in check.

    So especially in the colder months we eat many warm soups, but all year long we love our herbal teas. 

I use a caffeine free organic vanilla flavored tea. 

1 cup of warm vanilla tea 

1-2 tablespoons of cacao powder 

Depending on how rich you like it. 

1 tablespoon of raw honey 

Stir or blend! Enjoy
