My raw vegan No potato “potato salad” 

2 cups of soaked pistachios (soak & rinse 2 hours)

3 stocks of broccoli, peel and cut the core of the stem of the broccoli. Cut into round thin slices.

1 small bunch of fresh dill

1/4 cup diced yellow onion

1 clove of garlic

3/4 vinegar OR lemon juice

Add basil (optional)

Blend vinegar or lemon juice, pistachios add dill, garlic, sea salt, pepper.

Mix in pistachio cream with broccoli pieces and onions .
