Nutrition in the raw

My name is Hope, I woke up one morning in September 2009 and I was unable to move my legs. I was finally able to move but the pain was so intense all I could really do was scream. I was then diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. And told I wouldn’t be walking much longer. I was in my 20’s. I was later also diagnosed with arthritis. I would not accept this! I decided that life wasn’t for me and would need to find another road. So when I seen a woman (Gabrielle Brick) on t.v talking about the raw lifestyle, I decided that was my path! I would do it and I would do it to my fullest! And I did! And I want to share my journey with those that may feel like I felt and inspire them to not settle on what the doctors told them will be! Thank you for reading this and I hope to share much more with you!

  1. I am sorry you had to go through all that when in your 20s but i am so looking forward to learning and probably live the raw lifestyle (This is my first time hearing about it). I am glad you refused to let what the doctors said ruin your life, instead you are out here inspiring others. Blessings!

  2. I am curious to know more about the raw food movement and to hear more about your personal journey. Blogs that are built on someone’s personal passion are the best. When you are driven by what you love, as a reader, I can feel who you are in your writing. I can’t wait for you to share more.
